Among the many software-developing companies, Benchmark Softec is unique because of several distinguishing features. At Benchmark, these principles are not simply words, but a part of everyday life.


A strong infrastructure is in place both in India as well as in other countries. Benchmark's development center is connected through a well-linked communication process. We have the necessary infrastructure in our development center to leverage quick project start-ups. Our development center is linked to our project offices by dedicated access lines. This development center is scalable and can easily become an extended IT arm of our customer.


Benchmark is built on the strength of its highly skilled and competent software engineers and management professionals. Benchmark's employees typically are graduates in Computer Science and Engineering, but many also hail from various other backgrounds. Benchmark's workforce is relatively young, energetic and possesses a great deal of industrial knowledge.


Benchmark places great emphasis on delivery of high quality products to customers. A comprehensive set of processes is already in place to deliver the highest quality of service to our customers thus avoiding expensive rework of products. All products and solutions developed pass stringent quality testing procedures. We are currently ISO 9001:2000 certified and with our additional focus on quality would soon be supported by SEI CMMI Level 5 certification. As a result we expect to reduce the development costs significantly and pass on our cost-savings to our customers. As our customers totally rely on us, we keep improving and re-inventing ourselves to meet and even exceed their expectations. We have thus been able to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with our customers.

Training Philosophy

At Benchmark we believe that the quality of Human Resources is one of the most potent weapons in the increasingly complex and competitive market. Training is a vital strategic input essential for the success and competitiveness of each employee. It is a planned program to improve performance, on a continuous basis. The primary purpose of training is to ensure that all employees are well equipped with timely provision of skills and knowledge, essential for successful and efficient accomplishment of their assignments.

At Benchmark we invest heavily on Leadership as well as Technical Training. The programs have been designed in keeping with our focus on continuous investment in developing employee knowledge, skills and competencies to cope effectively with the changing needs of the information technology business. Short and long - term needs are examined and identified and regular training courses through internal and external resources are organized to meet these needs.
