Rajiv. K. Shivashankaran is the Chief Executive Officer of Benchmark Softec (P) Ltd and is in charge of global operations. Rajiv has worked with large European IT corporations and has held various positions including Director, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Rajiv was a part of the three member founder management team that started IBS Software Services which has been rated by Red Herring as amongst the top eight most successful IT startups in India. IBS Software Services has also been rated by Business Today amongst the top 3 Indian software product companies. In his last posting he was the Chief Operating Officer of an IT company with more than 75 US corporations as end customers, several of which were amongst the Fortune 500. Rajiv's stint has also included nomination to the board of corporations in the US and UK. His responsibilities have included global operations, business development and M&A. He has successfully executed large cross border acquisitions in Europe and UK including acquiring the business of London Heathrow Airport from Honeywell. Rajiv is a Chartered Accountant and holds certification from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

   
   
 

M. Pulikesi is General Manager and has over 27 years of industry experience in IT and project management. Pulikesi has worked with large multinationals handling various senior positions. He has also handled several Fortune 500 corporates as end clients. His experience includes the entire technology spectrum from Mainframes to Microsoft Dynamics. Having handled large IT projects, Mission Critical Maintenance Schedules and Software Architecture across a large technology band Pulikesi’s wealth of experience is extensive. He is responsible for his team of program managers, architects, technology specialists and delivery teams who work closely with our clients to ensure the highest level of program execution, technical integrity and delivery of quality solutions. Pulikesi has significant experience in building and managing project teams across different geographies and brings this experience to bear in his role in Benchmark managing various teams across these geographies.

   
   

Bruce Kelly as Head Sales and Marketing - US has more than twenty years of sales and sales management experience working with Fortune 500 companies. Bruce has worked with majors such as General Electric, British Petroleum and TXU Energy and has helped successfully build and develop the sales and marketing efforts of these Fortune 500 companies. In his prior position, Bruce helped integrate Distribution Sales Management programs as well as Direct Sales Management programs. The exposure Bruce has gained from various business enterprises brings an added value to Benchmark. A strong customer orientation and extensive implementation experience in all areas of technology marketing complement his expertise in marketing strategy. Bruce also has experience in selling to numerous Fortune 1000 companies. Bruce attended Maryland University where he obtained a BS in Business Administration.

   
   
Jim Blair as Vice President - Sales Performance has more than 16 years of Sales and Marketing experience and has specialized in helping companies turn their business strategies into results on an organizational, business unit and functional level. Jim has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies in various roles including Director Sales and Vice President - Sales. He has also been a Sales launch, process and methodology development resource for these companies. Jim's expertise lies in the ability to analyze competitive landscapes, identify new market opportunities and leverage their internal resources to profitably exploit identified opportunities. He has helped companies achieve their business objectives and goals by focusing on improving their employee's skills and processes. This collaborative approach has helped numerous organizations increase their market share, profits, customer loyalty and organizational effectiveness.
