• The person should be able to make cold calls over the telephone to C-level executives, Directors, IT Managers. Should be able to identify opportunities, generate qualified leads, demonstrate technical solutions on-line, follow up and educate prospects and actively manage the account for deal closure.
• Will be responsible for managing, maintaining and updating the call responses in CRM.
• Must have good understanding of the US market with minimum 2 years of experience in a software services organization handling the US market.
• Should have a sound understanding of different software services offerings and different technologies like .Net, Java etc.
• Should have hands on experience on working with the Market Databases like Hoovers / One Source.
• Should be able to quickly understand Benchmark`s capabilities & services and accordingly map them to the client`s need.
• Should be able to provide sales support to manage account base.
• Should be able to develop and nurture relationships.
• Should have excellent communication skills and should be a good team player.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience programming with ASP.Net 1.1 and higher, C# / VB.NET, ADO .NET, SOAP.
• Web Services , remoting, XML / XSLT, Crystal Reports 6.0 and Higher and SQL Servers 2000 / 2005.
• Experience with Requirement Analysis strongly desired.
• Designing skills on proven Architecture.
• R & D skills.
• Coding skills in latest technologies using the defined Standards.
• Review of peers code & Fixation of code.
• Excellent Business Analysis Skills.
• Fully competent to provide technical guidance to other systems analysts and applications programmers.
• Experience in program and system documentation is strongly desired.

• Above 4 years of experience.

• Willing to travel at short notice.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
  
• Demonstrated experience programming with HTML, XML, JSP, EJB, JavaScript, Java, Graphic Design Tools (Macromedia Dream Weaver), IBM WebSphere Application Server and development tools (WSAD).
  
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Object-Oriented development of J2EE applications, Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, Unix (Solaris).
• Experience with Financial Messaging packages strongly desired.
• Ability to independently maintain assigned systems and to develop and install systems of moderate size/complexity.
• Fully competent to provide technical guidance to other systems analysts and applications programmers.
